A weekend of astronomy talks, activities and star gazing at a 170 acre site in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands.
If you have ever looked up into the night sky and wondered what is there, astro.CAMPhw is for you. We are aiming to bring the wonders of the night sky to people of all ages and from all walks of life with a series of talks, workshops and activities lead by experts in the field which are suitable for all the family.
Each night there will be star gazing, lead by experienced astronomers - those who have them are welcome to bring their own telescopes or binoculars, but if you don't there will be some on hand so that everyone can have a go. And in case the British summer lets us down and clouds get in the way of a good view, we will have a 3D stellarium show, bringing the universe to us.
